Managed by Nucleaus SC – our deliveries are Nationwide – directly to your door – we try processes orders within at least 24 hours of payment confirmation – this may not always be possible – but you will be notified via email, as soon as orders have been dispatched; there will be a 3 to 5 working day delivery period. Please note – deliveries to remote areas may attract additional delivery fees. We will contact you via email, just to make sure you’d like to proceed with the order.

You are also welcome to collect your order from our City Centre Office; simply select Collect from Hedzup – and we will contact you to make arrangements.

International Orders
Will be dealt with in a case to case basis. All customs and import duties will be the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Hedzup. Please check with your local authorities with regards to import duties and the relevant costs before placing the order.

All orders are traceable; tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched and we supply the web link where you can trace and track your parcel. Remote addresses may take longer.

All credit card and debit card payments are securely processed.

Bank Transfer
Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order Number as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

All Snapscan payments are securely processed.


Yes, definitely. We know every product isn’t going to be a perfect fit. So, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your choice – please just email us and let us know you need a refund within 14 days – we will ask that it is unused and unworn; if possible with swing tags attached and in the original packaging – with your receipt and / or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, if an item is not in its original condition, or damaged for reasons out of our control – only partial refunds may be offered.

Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll confirm the return via email; if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment; this may take up to 5 days to reflect. Please first contact your bank and / or credit card company if you have any concerns; and if you are certain the refund has not been effected, please contact us via our Contact Page here.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. However, we well always look into and consider each individual case.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via our Contact Page here.

If, by some small chance you received your order damaged; we will refunded all shipping costs – otherwise they are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
